Downloadable Embroidery designs.

1 Some of the embroidery designs can be purchased individually as immediate downloads. There is a time limit of 72 hours for you to download your design/s. You can download your design a maximum of three times, so please make a back up copy.

2 You will need to create an account or purchase as a guest. An account is preferable as you can keep track of your download and purchase history.

If you have created an account your purchase/s will be available to download from either your account or from the email address you supplied. Please remember that, if you log in, you will need to log out again. If you close your page by clicking the red cross in the corner, you are not actually logged out. Next time you visit, you will find that your username and email are rejected, thus you think your account is not working.

If you have purchased as a guest, the file will be sent to you in an email to the email address supplied. Please ensure that you type the email address correctly.

4 Please allow the access for the email into your email account by allowing Flair Magazine UK Ltd into your contacts folder. If you haven’t received the email within 2 hours please check both your Spam or Trash folders.

5 Please ensure that your email account has sufficient room to allow the emails in. Some email accounts have a limited supply of storage space and so automated emails sit is a queue waiting to get in. If they can’t be delivered they will be returned to sender and you will have to contact us as the delivery failed.
